About us
A warm, professional space for your journey
Castlebarna Therapy is a private psychotherapy practice located on the grounds of Castlebarna Wellness Centre, offering confidential, compassionate support for individuals.
Our approach
We believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. Our work is grounded in warmth, respect, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship, work difficulties, or a major life transition, we provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your experience at your own pace.
Sessions are available in person at Castlebarna Wellness Centre, or online via secure video call — whichever works best for you.
We offer integrative psychotherapy, drawing on person centred, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural therapy frameworks, to name a few. This means we tailor our approach to what feels right for you — rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.
Alongside counselling and psychotherapy, we also offer holistic therapies including therapeutic massage and Reiki. For those who wish, these can be woven together with talk therapy to support healing across mind, body, and spirit, recognising that emotional and physical wellbeing are deeply connected.
